A mini fridge bar, climate control, and a sofa bed in reasonably spacious rooms were awesome. Had kitchenette which was convenient.

Appreciated my very pleasant stay during Esatern holidays. Apartment had upgrades, it was spacious and cosy. The beds were comfortable and I had a mini fridge bar, climate control, and a sofa bed. Booked the hotel for its absolutely perfect location close enough to a stunning beach, restaurants, and a hilltop.

The staff were very accommodating and helpful with any request that we had. They went well out of their way to make us feel comfortable! The view is just perfect, 200 degree sea view directly viewable from our balcony!

The location of the property was good and great, on a cliff. It was also just next door to restaurants and Valle dei Templi and Scala dei Turchi. Rewritten Review: We really enjoyed the rooms, especially because the kids had plenty of space to run around. the fridges and kitchenware were in good working order. the property's location on a cliff was excellent, right next to restaurants and close to Valle dei Templi and Scala dei Turchi.

Very helpful staff. New apartments. Good pool.
Told bellavista we would be arriving late. They said someone would be there. When we got there no-one was around. We phoned one of the numbers and were told that someone would be there in 10 mins. No-one came and they switched phone off. Had to find hotel at 1.30 a.m. Location is in middle of awful landscape. Beach is down 144 dangerous steps. Lawns plagued by wasps so not good for children. The site is unfinished and has opened too early. It's a long way from bars, restaurants etc so a car is essential. The finish to apartments is poor. Kitchen has sink and fridge etc enclosed in cupboards which make things very difficult. I wouldn't want to self-cater with a family. The staff at the desk were extremely helpful though and we managed to negotiate a reduction in price for the missed night and inconvenience which spoiled the beginning of our holiday. Would we go back? Certainly not. There are much better spots than this which we will go to next time.

This place offers a magnificent and stunning location with beautiful sea views, providing a wonderful experience just a short walk from Agrigento and the beach.

The place has direct access to the beach and the swimming pool is very convenient if you want just to cool down after a long day. The apartment is new, clean and functional and has a large terrace with sea view. It is conveniently located close to several touristic attractions.
They just opened and the place is still under development. Currently, wireless is available only in the common areas and there are no trees (and shadow) around the pool.

It is very close to Agrigento, yet you do not have to drive through the narrow streets of the city to get in and out.
Although on plan it seems to be very close to the sea, there is a very huge drop between hotel and the sea and it is not practical to walk to the beach. Although there is a swimming pool in the premises, the music there is so loud that it was very annoying to go there to swim. The kitchen was very ill-equipped and one can only use it realistically for making a cup of coffee (even though there was no kettle). We were hoping to be able to cook our own meals, but this was not possible. Although the website states that wifi is available in the entire hotel, in reality it was only available next to the noisy swimming pool - which was very inconvenient.

The beds were large and comfortable, providing a good night's sleep; the view of the sea was stunning and greatly enjoyed; the location was fantastic, close to historical sites and the ocean with a lovely spot for tea at Majata Beach just 5 km away.

The location of the Case Vacanze Bellavista is great, staff is open to guests needs and hardly try to meet all needs, doing more than standard. Does not matter if staff speaks English, everybody tries to help. Appartaments are comfortable, view for see is amaizing.
It would be nice to have the kitchen better equipped but it was not a big problem.

very nice staff especially boys at the office. great view!!! enjoyed our stay and could easily come back. nice pool.
kitchen utility quite poor, only two teaspoons, no wineglasses, no wooden spoon for pan. no corkscrew not even at the office! once a week cleaning would be nice.

The location of the hotel was terrific as it was overlooking the ocean , high on a cliff (There are lots of stairs to get down to the beach but parking did not seem to be a problem if you wanted to drive there.) The apartment was definitely big enough for two people and the outdoor patio with the plants and sofa extended the living area making the stay very, very relaxing. The pool was also very nice with people from many countries just enjoying the sun and water. In general, this was a very quiet, relaxing place to be. Loved it. The Bellavista is also great for families and very economical. Just remember it is self-serve, although they do offer continental breakfast. The staff was young and very helpful.
